Finally he was published in the Official Gazette (General Series n. 224 of 26 September 2025), the implementing decree on the appliance bonus that opens the way for families who want to replace their large appliances with more efficient models.
The facility, included in the Budget Law 2025, provides for a discount of up to 200 euros and a total equipment of 50 million euros, of which 48.1 million intended for vouchers to be assigned to applicants.
Who can access and how much the bonus amounts
The decree of the Ministry of Companies and Made in Italy, in concert with the Ministry of Economy, establishes the rules for requesting the bonus, intended for those who want to replace large appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, hobs, dishwashers, ovens and kitchen hoods, with more efficient models.
The amount of the contribution varies according to the ISEE of the family unit:

Which appliances are allowed
The implementation decree indicates seven categories of eligible products:
The scrapping of the replaced appliance is fundamental, which must belong to the same category but have a lower energy class. The list of purchasable products will be published on the Mimit portal and periodically updated by the producers: it is a dynamic list, which may vary over time.
How the question and voucher works
The bonus request will take place through the Pagopa platform, accessible only to adults. Each family unit can submit only one application. The bonus will translate into an immediate discount on the invoice, while the retailer will receive the corresponding refund from Invitalia.
The platform will automatically verify the applicant’s requirements, consulting the ISEE 2025 through the INPS data and the members of the family unit through the ANPR. Other public archives will also be used to guarantee the correctness of the information.
At the end of the checks, the applicant will receive a voucher with the maximum amount of the contribution and the blocking of the sums, until the 48.1 million euros are exhausted.
The voucher will have a limited duration and must be spent at the affiliated retailers; The unused amount will return to the availability of the fund and can be assigned to other applicants.
When the bonus will be operational
The publication of the implementation decree represents a fundamental step, but the bonus will not be immediately available. In fact, one or more directive decrees will be needed to define further specifications:
