Published in the Official Gazette the DPCM which defines the criteria and methods for obtaining the so -called social bonus. But what is it specifically and how to get the discount?
The bonus is nothing more than a 25% discount on the TARI, the waste on waste, or of the fee corresponding for the integrated management service of urban waste otherwise due, for families with an income of less than 9,530 euros or less than 20 thousand in the case of at least four dependent children.
The model is the same as the social bonuses for light, gas and water intended for low -income families to help them bear the expenses related to users.
Who can benefit from the waste bonus and how
The measure, which had already been introduced in 2019, but was activated only five years later with the Ministerial Decree of 21 January, is recognized to all families with ISEE up to 9,530 euros, a high roof for 20 thousand euros if you have at least four dependent children.
Arera will be the Authority (Regulation Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment) to establish the methods applied. To cover the charges of the social bonus waste, the Arera will establish a special equalization component by July, applied to the generality of the users, domestic and non -domestic, which feeds an account managed by the case for energy and environmental services. In essence, the facility should be covered by the overall revenue deriving from the Tari.
As for the light and gas bonuses, on the amounts of this year to users who are entitled to it. It will therefore be enough, having obtained the ISEE 2025.
