Increasingly sustainable and efficient municipal buildings, thanks to the allocation of 232 million in the Mase.
The energy efficiency of public buildings is a central theme to reduce energy consumption, reduce CO₂ emissions and improve environments’ comfort. However, the critical issues are numerous, including often, the need to confront finances and budgets not always positively.
The European Directive Green housesapproved last year, aims to make all zero-emission properties by 2050. On this path, public buildings will also have to adapt to increasingly rigorous energy-environmental protocols. In this context, the financing just approved represents an important step forward.
