The supplies of food and litter in a cattery in Saronno have run out, but the number of mouths to feed and take care of is always the same. The shelter, managed by the National Animal Protection Agency, needs help to continue caring for its guests.
Kibbles, wet food, but also various types of material are needed. In extreme difficulty, the Enpa Varese Valle Olona, Saronno section, launched an appeal via social media, trusting in the generosity of the network.
Addressing all followers just before the start of the new year, volunteers asked for donations and support for the purchase of kibble and litter. Word of mouth and sharing beyond the web were the creators of a solidarity race that touches the heart.

Many have already responded to the request for help. Within a short time the cattery headquarters became a small warehouse. Kibbles, sand for bedding and paper towels were brought.
Support also arrived from outside Saronno through shipments and offers. The volunteers of the cattery, who also take care of feline colonies in the area, don’t know how to thank all those who contributed.
