Observers in Europe, West Africa and Eastern Canada are positioned to see a partial eclipse: but in reality this is one ‘partial eclipse everywhere in the shadow path, Because the cone never completely takes our planet at any point.

Unfortunately, however, the inhabitants of Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily and part of Puglia (yes in the Gargano, no in Bari) will not be able to admire the phenomenon.
