The withdrawal of several lots of Salamini from Cinta Senese Dop to the brand is arranged Renieri produced by the Digar Srl company.
The reason for the withdrawal from our supermarkets is the detection of the presence of escherichia genes producer of Shiga Toxin (Stec).

The digar srl company produced the recalling salami. The production plant is located in Pian dei Peschi 6, in Poggibonsi, in the province of Siena (EU identification brand IT 9 902 l).
