A autumn full of aid for families is coming, with a package of subsidies that exceeds 2.1 billion euros. A series of measures designed to lighten the economic load of the less well -off nuclei, ranging from psychological well -being to sustainable mobility, passing through support for parenting and energy efficiency. To take stock is Assoutenti, which has drawn up a complete list of available concessions, however, also highlighting the challenges and conditions not to be underestimated to be able to benefit from it. Let’s see in detail what they are and how they work.
From psychological well -being to domestic efficiency
One of the most awaited news is the psychologist bonus, which starts from 15 September with an allocation of 9.5 million euros for 2025. The contribution, which covers seats from 50 euros each, is modulated according to the ISEE: up to 1,500 euros for income lower than 15 thousand euros, 1,000 euros for the band between 15 and 30 thousand euros and 500 euros for those who have an ISEE between 30 and 50 thousand euros.
Instead, the appliance bonus remains pending an implementing decree, for which 50 million euros were provided. The incentive will cover up to 30% of the purchase cost, with a maximum roof of 100 euros, which rises to 200 euros for families with ISEE under 25 thousand euros. But be careful of the requirements: the bonus will be valid only for devices produced in Europe and with precise energy classes, such as class A for washing machines and ovens.
Support to families, mobility and students
The fund for the nursery bonus is consistent, which amounts to 937.8 million euros. The amount varies according to the income and the year of birth of the child. For those born before 1 January 2024, it ranges from 1,500 to 3,000 euros. For new births, however, the contribution can reach up to 3,600 euros per year for the nuclei with minors less than 40 thousand euros.
On the sustainable mobility front, in October the departure of the electric car bonus is expected, with 597.3 million euros available. The incentive is aimed at citizens and micro -enterprises that scrape a polluting vehicle (up to € 5) to buy an electric car with a maximum price of 35 thousand euros (excluding VAT). The contribution is 11 thousand euros for ISEE up to 30 thousand euros and 9 thousand euros for the next band, up to 40 thousand euros. One of the fundamental requirements is residence in a functional urban area defined by Istat.
The card dedicated to you is also confirmed, with an allocation of 500 million euros. This is a one -rate contribution of 500 euros for the purchase of food, intended for the nuclei with ISEE not exceeding 15 thousand euros. This year, however, the audience narrows: the recipients of other subsidies such as the inclusion allowance or Naspi are excluded.
For the youngest, the Sport Bonus provides 30 million euros. This is a contribution of 300 euros per child (for a maximum of two children per family) for enrollment in sports courses. It is reserved for nuclei with minors up to 15 thousand euros and with children between 6 and 14 years of age. Finally, the Fuorized Student Bonus, with 16.2 million euros, provides for a maximum amount of 279.21 euros for university students with Isee under 20 thousand euros, provided that the university does not have residences and that the student is in compliance with the exams.
The critical issues not to ignore
Despite good intentions, the bonus system is not free from problems. Gabriele Melluso, president of Assoutenti, warns against.
The autumn season of the bonuses opens, a tool that, if used correctly, can help help families in difficulty. However, there are critical issues: from insufficient funds, as in the case of the psychologist bonus whose allocations will be able to cover just over 6,000 questions, to the delays of the implementing decrees, as in the case of the incentive for appliances. Then there are limits and conditions that narrow the audience of the beneficiaries, such as the obligation to residence in an area with high pendularism to enjoy the electric car bonus.
A complex framework, therefore, which requires attention from citizens so as not to lose important support opportunities.
