In Italy the American tradition of Pumpkin Patch is conquering more and more families, who seek open -air experiences where young and old can have fun together. Shirin Zucchero, Ornago (Monza-Brianza)
At Ornago, in the heart of Brianza, there is a field that has transformed the collection of pumpkins into a complete experience. Shirin Zucchero will open the doors on Saturday 27 September 2025 for the fifth consecutive edition, confirming themselves as a reference point for those looking for quality and fun.
The field offers an impressive variety of activities: alongside the classic ornamental pumpkins that show off in the typical American pumpkin patch, visitors can choose between precious edible varieties such as the Vanity, the delicacy with a sweet pulp, the mousing of perfect Provence for velvety, the reddy with an intense color, the ideal violina for risotto and the marina of Chioggia with the warts.
The route starts directly from the Via Libero Grassi car park and was designed to be accessible with strollers, eliminating every architectural barrier. Children aged 4 to 10 can have fun with pedal go-karts, while the little ones drag cheerful red carts to collect favorite pumpkins. The carving and decoration workshops involve the whole family, and on October 31, the atmosphere becomes even more special: those arriving in a mask participate in the afternoon show at 17:00.
Adults will also have their corner of paradise, with aperitifs in the countryside and photo sets studied in detail. The kitchen offers dishes prepared at the moment with the pumpkins of the field, while the artisan jams represent the novelty of 2025: perfect for gourmet accompaniments or to prepare the famous pumpkin spice milk at home.
The entrance ticket costs 5 euros, a sum that is completely deducted from the purchase of a pumpkin. Children up to 5 years and people with disabilities enter for free.
Online booking is mandatory and you can perform it here, it allows you to choose day and time slot. The field opens every Friday from 10:00 to 19:00 and on the weekend from 9:00 to 19:00, with special openings from 27 to 30 October.

Federica’s field, Nerviano (Milan)

Federica’s field in Nerviano, in the province of Milan, will welcome visitors from 21 September to 31 October with the now famous autumn festival. Here the agricultural beer produced on site accompanies autumn dishes while adults and children will be able to try their hand at painting and carving of pumpkins. The evening experience “Campo by night” adds a special touch to the offer.
The House of Pumpkins, Andezeno (Turin)

The house of the pumpkins of the Municipality of Andezeno (metropolitan area of the city of Turin) proposes a true sample of wonders. The Menzio Alessandro farm exposes infinite varieties: turban -shaped pumpkins, giant mushrooms, the curious spaghetti pumpkin that hides vegetable filaments inside. Every form and color tells a different story.
Grandfather Andrea, Villorba (Treviso) Zucca Village

The Village of the Zear Andrea pumpkins at Villorba, near Treviso, will be surprised with 10 cultivated hectares and over 300,000 pumpkins. The corn labyrinth will test the orientation of visitors, while the frightening village will test the most courageous. Pumpkin ice cream produced in the company will delight young and old.
The pumpkins of Bello, Torre in Pietra (Rome)

The Petro di Torre in Pietra’s pumpkins, in the Roman surroundings, will offer two distinct areas: the village of pumpkins with farm animals and traditional games, and the pumpkin patch for direct collection. From 27 September to 2 November, every weekend it becomes an opportunity to immerse yourself in the autumn atmosphere between creative workshops and pumpkin dishes.
The Fattoria della Zucca, Rome

At the gates of the capital, immersed in the suggestive park of Veio, there is the largest pumpkin theme park in Rome. The Pumpkin Farm extends over a sweet hill of the protected natural reserve, offering a complete experience that goes far beyond the simple collection.
The opening is scheduled for September 27 and promises an adventure for the whole family: young and old can choose their pumpkin to be coloring and carved, create original autumn decorations and meet the inhabitants of the farm, from the Asina Valentina to the Malgioglia goat.
Flor Park, Bari

On Monday 22 September, Florpark opened the most colorful pumpkins in Puglia, which returns to its second edition. Located in Strada Torremassimo Chiurla, in the green area that connects the center of Bari with Carbonara, the park will remain open until November 3, offering an autumn oasis in the heart of the city.
