The stones, for example, are among the most loved materials: natural, unique and full of meaning. But not only! Even small pieces of wood, sea glass, or very trivial caps, can become pendants with a unique and personal charm.
Stones
The first idea we offer you is a pendant made with small colored stones, which you can wrap with copper wire, giving life to a unique and original creation.
Crown caps with scores
Do you know the crown caps of beer bottles? Here, for this pendant you will need one of these! Get one, clean it carefully and cover the interior with a circle cut out of an old musical score. Paste it with vinyl glue and, to protect the decoration, also apply a layer of glue above the paper. You just have to fix a small hook on the upper part of the cap, so you can put on a chain and transform it into a real pendant.
Bead
Even simple beads can become an original pendant: you just need to put them on a resistant wire, knot the ends and add a small hook. In this way you can easily wear it with a cerato string or a chain.
Wire
Take some metal wire for costume jewelery, cut a piece and wrap it on itself forming a spiral. To close it, use another piece of thread: wrapping it around the upper part of the spiral and model it in order to create a small hook, which will allow you to insert the pendant in a necklace or a lanyard.
Wooden ring
Even a wooden circle with central hole can easily turn into a pendant: just wrap it with colorful threads and you’re done!
Alternatively you could paint it with acrylic colors, decorating it with geometric elements or painting it with a color of your choice.
Heart heart
Well yes, you can create a WOW pendant even with simple recycled cardboard! How to do it? Just draw the silhouette of a heart on the cardboard, cut it out and paint it to taste. If you want to insert the wire or string, it creates a small cigar in the center of the heart. Alternatively, you can glue the wire on the back of the heart using hot glue. Finally add a nappina and your pendant is ready to be worn!
