That, among other things, was the last value, maintained until the last year of minting, 2001. In 1959, the year of birth, a telephone token had a value equivalent to 30 lire, 45 in 1964, 50 in 1972, before making a leap in 1980 up to 100 lire and stabilizing in 1984 at 200.
And now, it seems, it could be worth much more.
