Preparation
Gently wash the raspberries, dry them well and put them in the freezer for at least 30 minutes, so that they harden. In the meantime, melt the white chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, until a smooth and velvety consistency is obtained.
When the raspberries are very cold, immerse them one by one in white chocolate helping you with a fork or toothpick, then place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and put them back in the freezer to solidify the first layer.
Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate and, once ready, cover the raspberries already covered with white chocolate with this second layer. Put everything back in the freezer for another 20-30 minutes, until the dark chocolate has also hardened. Your Franuì are ready! Keep them in the freezer or in the fridge.
