From 4 October to 9 November the fourth edition of the Festival of Walks returns to the capital – all the streets lead to you, conceived and directed by Giulia Ananìa and Tiziano Panici. Eight appointments in eight different neighborhoods to discover the city through unpublished itineraries animated by poetry, music, words and performances.
The Festival transforms hidden streets, squares and corners of Rome into real open -air stages, a way to return the community a poetic look over the city. Walking becomes a gesture of knowledge: a slow step that follows the rhythms of the territories and neighborhoods, in which it will be possible to discover a choral Rome, made of small and plural realities that constitute its true wealth.
An urban coast to coast that crosses the city from north to south, from east to west, where each stage represents a passage and each meeting a border. A living atlas in which the artists’ voices intertwine with the stories of those who live in those places, composing the portrait of a popular and community capital.
