The family has just announced her death, explaining that the writer, who would have turned 56 on December 12, passed away peacefully after facing an aggressive form of brain cancer, which she made public via social media in 2024.
In their messages, her loved ones remember a luminous woman, grateful and capable of finding joy in simple things: family, music, the warmth of the holidays, life itself.
