Guido, the pensioner who adjusts broken toys to give them to less fortunate children

In his hands the dolls return to shine, the cars to dart and the airplanes to fly, he is “Guido AdjustaCiocattoli”, Former employee of Alitalia who, once retired, has decided to devote himself to the repair of the old toys.

Guido Pacelli, this is his real name, has become a real point of reference thanks to his incredible manual skills, which allows him to put even the most damaged or defective games. His generosity has been without limits: for years, in fact, he dedicates every day to this activity, restoring a smile and hope to many children.

There collaboration with the “Salvamamme” Association It is the beating heart of his social commitment. Salvamamme is an organization that provides concrete help to women in economic and social difficulties, both with and without dependent children.

Thanks to Guido’s work, many children, especially the less fortunate, can get to the hands toys that otherwise would have been forgotten or destined for garbage. The toys, coming from donations, are carefully selected and controlled by a group of volunteers, who evaluate the possibility of recovery before being entrusted to the wise hands of Guido for a new life.

But there is more: As reported on the official page of Salvamamme, the association decided to take a step forward, launching a crowdfunding campaign in which the Adjated toy becomes the reward for donation. We also help this association to carry on its important activities supporting moms and children in difficulty, helping to build a more solidarity society and improve the living conditions of those in difficulty.
