Hyperician oleoltyh: how to prepare it
First take a large glass jar and fill it halfway with the hyperician flowers collected recently. Add extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil up to 2 centimeters from the edge of the jar.
Close it hermetically and keep it in a cool and dry place for a couple of weeks. Then expose it for about a week to expose the sun until the oleoluitary takes on the characteristic red color. Shake the jar once a day.
Once ready, filter it and divide it into bottles to be sheltered from the light. The homemade oleacolito is kept up to about ten months. You can use it for muscle frictions, soothe sunburn or as massage oil.
