Let’s not lose the “Kiss” Luna-Marte: The July 28th We will witness the show, not very rare but always fascinating, which – time permitting – will be perfectly visible to the naked eyewith a thin crescent moon sickle and the red planet splendid bright point in the firmament.
As the UAI explains, in this month the only conjunction observable in the early hours of the evening is precisely that of 28 July, when Mars and the growing moon meet along the limit between the constellations of the lion and the Virgin (on the map the Heaven of 28 July 2025 at about 9.30 pm).
The moon will be in the new phase on July 24, so on 28 our satellite will be one thin crescent moon sickleand the two stars will not be very high on the horizon: these conditions, if on the one hand they perhaps make it more difficult to see the conjunction, on the other they could make it even more suggestive.
Not to be missed!
