On May 23, a very romantic dawn awaits us: the sky will give us the emotion of Tris Celeste Luna – Venus – Saturn. The show, rather rare, will illuminate the sky shortly before the new day, and, with a pinch of luck, will also be surrounded by shooting starsthe epsilon-draaconidspeak on the 24th of the month. We do not lack, and we prepare many desires!
As the UAI explains, the dawn of May 23 will be preceded by the suggestive alignment between the three stars that arise in sequence in the second part of the night, first Saturn, then the scythe of the falling moon and finally Venus, all on the eastern horizon gathered in the constellation of fish (on the map the Heaven of 23 May 2025 at about 4.30).
And it does not end here, because on May 24 the peak of the epsilon draconids is expected, less famous swarm than others but which can give intense emotions. In fact, the meteors, which benefit from darker skies after the full moon, will have this year the radiant (the point from which they seem to leave) high in the sky, a condition that makes them ideal for night observation.
