The Ministry of Health has published the recall of the Oggi Cucino Bio brand meat tortellini, fresh egg pasta sold in family size. The recall is not due to contamination but to a labeling error, and the notice, dated September 21, 2026, asks consumers not to eat the product.
The product and the batch
The recall concerns 500 gram packs, made up of two 250 gram packs. Tortellini are produced and marketed by Agripasta Srl in the factory in via degli Artigiani 16 in Bagnolo Mella, in the province of Brescia.

The lot indicated is 026-251, with a minimum shelf life of 7 December 2026. In the card the code appears with a space («026 -251»), therefore it could be two distinct lots, 026 and 251, so it is best to check both numbers.
Why was the recall triggered?
Three pieces of information are wrong on the package. The first is the indication of the food sector operator, i.e. the company responsible for the product. The other two are the ingredient list and the allergen list. The warning does not specify which allergens are involved. The filling may be completely in order, but for an allergic person the label is the only way of knowing what they bring to the table, and an incorrect list is a real risk.
What to do
The indication is not to consume the tortellini and to return the packages to the point of sale. In case of symptoms after consumption, especially in allergic people, it is better to contact your doctor with the packaging at hand.
