Netflix launches the trailer for “One Piece 2” and a world tour (which will also visit an Italian city)

Netflix has finally released the official trailer for the second season of the live action One Piecetitled One Piece: Towards the Major Linewhich will be available for streaming from March 10, 2026. The three-minute video teases new adventures, fearsome enemies and incredible islands, confirming that Monkey D. Luffy’s crew will continue to excite millions of fans around the world.

The success of the first season, released in August 2023 and based on the famous manga by Eiichiro Oda, pushed Netflix to immediately renew the series for a third season. The new season promises to explore the iconic Rotta Maggiore, a legendary sea full of dangers, mysteries and surprises, where each episode will be a journey through epic challenges and extraordinary landscapes.

The world fan tour: also stops in Italy

On the occasion of the launch of the second season, Netflix announced a world tour designed to celebrate the arrival of the series and immerse fans in the universe of One Piece. The events, which will take place between February and March, will touch 13 cities across America, Europe, Asia, Africa and South America.

Among these, Milan stands out, which will host the Italian event from 6 to 8 March, offering the public the opportunity to live an experience inspired by the Great Route and symbolically set sail with the Straw Hat Pirates. Other stops include Los Angeles, Paris, Tokyo, Bangkok and Rio de Janeiro, ensuring that fans around the world can take an immersive journey into the universe of Luffy and co.

Plot and cast of the second season

The official synopsis teases that Luffy and his crew will face more dangerous enemies and increasingly complex missions, exploring bizarre islands and discovering new secrets as they continue their search for the legendary treasure ONE PIECE. The new season will maintain the adventurous spirit of the manga, with a mix of action, comedy and emotional moments that made the first season a global success.

The cast confirms the protagonists already loved by fans: Iñaki Godoy, Emily Rudd, Mackenyu, Jacob Romero Gibson, Taz Skylar, Vincent Regan, Jeff Ward and Morgan Davies, who will return to interpret the most iconic characters from the manga.
