On Sunday 1 June 2025 the appointment with the #Domenicalmuseo, the initiative of the Ministry of Culture that allows free entry to state culture every first Sunday of the month, returns.
The visits will take place in the usual opening hours, with access with recommended or mandatory booking, where required. Last #Domenicalmuseo, on May 4, recorded 323,329 entrances.

Free museums in Rome: a dip in the millennial history of the capital
June 1st will be a perfect day to enjoy the art and history of Rome. Being the first Sunday of the month, as usual, many state and civic museums will open their doors for free for residents and tourists. An initiative that will allow you to immerse yourself for free in the beauty of millenary collections, contemporary art exhibitions, archaeological monuments and architecture masterpieces.

To access the sites of the Colosseum Archaeological Park it is not possible to book in advance: tickets can only be collected at the ticket office of the Tito Arco.
