The nominations for the 2026 Oscars have been announced, the awards ceremony for which will be held on March 15th. The ten films nominated for best film are very different from each other in terms of genres and styles. The standout is undoubtedly “Sinners” (in Italian Sinners) – a work halfway between horror and psychological thriller, directed by Ryan Coogler – which broke the absolute record with 16 nominations.
