The passion for pickles is not a passenger fashion for the former star of Baywatch: has its roots in its personal history. The recipe comes from the Vie probtia, known for its award -winning sottacets and for the tradition of preparing preserves and jams. Pamela wanted to recover those childhood memories spent on the island of Vancouver, transforming them into a project that brings with it memory and values.

These cucumbers are not the usual pickles: the recipe includes aneto, garlic, peppers, mustard seeds, but above all an unexpected ingredient, dried rose petals. This particular touch gives the product a unique and delicate aroma, capable of distinguishing itself from traditional pickles. The result is a crunchy, spicy and fragrant mix, enclosed in jars with an elegant style, sold in a limited edition of 38 dollars each.

Where to buy the Pamela’s Pickles

As mentioned, all sales proceeds will be donated to the California Wildlife Center, a center that deals every year of hundreds of animals such as coyote puppies, birds of prey and wounded fawn. Pamela Anderson, who has always been engaged in animal rights and environmental causes, has declared to personally visit the center to support its activities.

The cucumins have been available from 11 August exclusively on the official Flamingo Estate website, a Californian brand that promotes sustainable and nature -related products. It is not excluded that this line is only the first step: the actress has already anticipated the intention of proposing new recipes such as vegan Kimchi and Sottaceti di Ravanelli in the future. With Pamela’s Pickles, the actress shows that even a simple jar of pickles can become a gesture of ethical cuisine and charity, combining taste, memory of its origins and social commitment.
