What is the Purchasing Card?
The Purchasing Card is an economic support program intended for citizens with a low income that offers a contribution of 80 euros every two months (40 euros per month) to help cover food and health expenses and for the payment of bills.
Requirements to request the Purchasing Card
To be able to apply for the Purchasing Card in 2025, you must meet certain requirements, including:
• income limits: income requirements have increased compared to previous years, broadening the range of beneficiaries. It is necessary to present the ISEE declaration
• age: the card is available to seniors aged 65 and over and to parents of children under 3 years old

The Purchasing Card can be used for:

How to submit the application
The application for the Purchasing Card must be presented at post offices. You must fill out an application form and attach the necessary documentation. Once submitted, the application will be sent to INPS to verify the requirements.
