The trap is terrible: the victim does not realize anything, it does not remember anything and often wakes up too late, without any memory of the aggression suffered.
In these conditions, identifying and pursuing the attacker is often impossible, due to the lack of concrete tests or reliable testimonies. It is a rape without witnesses, without memory, without alarm yet very real. Hence the urgency of equipping yourself with simple and quick detection means to avoid the worst.
How temporary anti-GHB tattooing works
It is a sticker made by particular mixture of gel containing a chemical receptor, capable of changing color from yellow to red as soon as the hydroxybutirrato perceives.
The tattoo would be able to react within a few moments to a low concentration of hydroxybutirrato/GHB and would also activate with other substances of the benzodiazepine class, such as roipnol.
According to what you read in the study, it would be enough to touch the drink or dip a finger in the drink to perform the test. And we speak of any type of liquid in which the amazing substance is immersed: Asian scholars have in fact experienced the effectiveness of the adhesive contaminating whiskey, vodka, beer, coffee and even Soju (a very appreciated alcoholic drink in Korea).
Finally, once it has guaranteed the positivity to GHD, the adhesive tattoo can be detached and maintained as proof of the contamination for thirty days.
