This innovative system, developed by the Ministry of Labor and managed by INPS, was created with the aim of simplifying the meeting between supply and demand in the labor market, creating a virtual environment where people and businesses can interact easily.
Originally limited to beneficiaries of specific social inclusion tools, such as Support for training and work and the Inclusion Allowance, since last November the portal has also been extended to recipients of NASPI and DIS-COLL.
Today Siisl is accessible to anyone who wants to look for employment, without any restrictions. The platform offers citizens the opportunity to upload your CVindicating professional experiences, studies, and fields of interest. THE’integrated artificial intelligence in the system it automatically proposes the job offers most suited to the user’s profile, taking into account their residence, skills and declared preferences.
Businesses can place their own ads
Businesses, on the other hand, can place your search ads of personnel and view the CVs uploaded by candidates. This process makes recruitment simpler and quicker, allowing companies to find the most suitable professionals for open positions.
The system stands out for its accessibility, as access is via digital credentials such as SPID or Electronic Identity Card. Once logged in, the user can explore the opportunities available throughout the country, submitting their application directly to companies. Additionally users will benefit from training courseswith around 63,000 courses already available on the platform, which can be an opportunity to develop new skills required by the market.
According to INPS data, over 2.2 million citizens have already registered on the platformwith approximately 291,000 CVs uploaded and 40,000 hires already carried out thanks to the use of Siisl. The next step will be integration with employment centers starting from 2025with the introduction of new features, such as geolocalized search for job offers and a mobile version of the app.
