There are those who say no, there are those who say yes, the fact is that “Sleep Divorce” it has become a real trend on social media, after some celebrities made it popular. But what is it?
It literally means “sleep divorce” but it is not a real separation, it only consists in the practice of sleep in separate rooms.
It doesn’t even have to do with any relationship problems because those practicing this (good) habit are couples in perfect “state of health”.
The reason why they do it is simple: they want to sleep well to feel good and at the same time improve their life as a couple, especially if sharing a bed compromises their sleep.
At the moment there are no studies that confirm the benefits of “Sleep Divorce”, but there are numerous VIPs who praise its advantages, starting with Cameron Diaz. Furthermore a survey conducted by “SleepFoundation.org” found that more than a third of the couples studied slept in separate beds, benefiting from this in many ways.

But then is it worth trying or is it better to continue sharing the nuptial bed? There’s no harm in trying, especially if sleeping with your partner significantly interferes with your sleep.
