‘The little girl who embraces the earth’, Diego Montagner’s latest work encourages us to take care of the planet

In the municipality of Vedelago, in the province of Treviso, a suggestive street art work signed by Diego Montagner appeared. The mural depicts a girl who embraces the earth, with a melancholy gaze addressed elsewhere, as if he were aware of the fragile state of the planet and wished to protect him.

Montagner has dedicated this work to its second son, born recently, expressing the desire to transmit a message of hope and love towards the new generations.

The mural was built on the facade of the 103 farm. As declared by the artist himself on his Instagram profile, it is- a work full of love and hope for the future, because if you take care of the earth, the land will take care of you.

Attention to environmental themes is a constant in Montagner’s work: nature represents for him an inexhaustible source of inspiration, but also a tool to raise awareness of the public on the urgency of environmental protection.
