From this evening, November 20th, it returns in prime time on Rai 1 A Professor with the third season. Alessandro Gassmann again plays Dante Balestra, the philosophy teacher who won over the public thanks to his way of teaching complex authors and at the same time dealing with students’ personal problems. The new season will last six evenings.
The plot
The plot starts from a moment of great fragility for Dante. After overcoming an illness and recovering his relationship with his son, he goes into crisis and thinks about leaving school. The question is whether the “dream professor” can really abandon his role. Anita returns to the series, played by Claudia Pandolfi, called for a substitute role in the same high school. Simone and Manuel also return, the two boys linked by a deep friendship.

The fiction is inspired by the Catalan series Merlìbroadcast in Spain between 2015 and 2018.
