Produced by San Lidano in the Pontine countryside, it is characterized by a mix with lettuce, chard, spinach, brassica and rocket. Despite a few somewhat spoiled leaf, the taste is interesting, with sweet notes, loving and spicy that recall mustard, thanks to the presence of oriental mystics such as Mitzuna.
9. Bonduelle – Keep them
A mix of green and red lettuce, Soncino and spinach cultivated in Italy with methods of sustainable regenerative agriculture. The appearance is inviting, with fresh and turgid leaves, but on the nose and the palate it is not very intense and aromatic, with a more than crunchy soft texture.
