These are the best and most convenient diapers (and Eurospin is also among the first), according to Altroconsumo

THE diapers they are one of the largest expenses for families caring for a baby or child and can put a significant strain on the budget. The question many parents ask is: how to save without compromising quality? Altroconsumo recently put i to the test size 4 disposable diapersthe most used one as it can be suitable for children from 6 months to 3 years old, with the aim of helping families make better choices.

The test has included both traditional diapers with side tears and panty diapers, a type that is growing on the market. Both versions were analyzed to evaluate their effectiveness, ease of use and safety, but also cost, to determine which offers the best value for money. However, there is no mention of the environmental impact of these products (but we’ll talk about that further down).

Let’s immediately discover the ranking of tear-off diapers.

The best diapers

This is the ranking, according to Altroconsumo, of 28 torn diapers analyzedwhich we report to you from best to worst with the related scores. As always, the magazine highlights not only the best of the test but also the best purchases, i.e. the diapers that offer the best value for money:

Below are good quality diapers:

Finally, of only average quality:

How the test was conducted

As we have already said, the test sampled 2 types of diapers:

All tested diapers underwent rigorous laboratory analyses, which simulated daily use of the product. Among the variables analyzed, the most important was loss management (25%), followed by surface humidity (20%) and night absorption (20%). Breathability (10%) and daytime wicking (15%) were also taken into consideration. Furthermore, a group of parents tested the diapers in a practical way, providing feedback on ease of use, comfort and any reactions on the babies’ skin.

And the environmental impact?

In the test we talked about, the environmental impact of diapers (which is really very relevant) was not taken into consideration. Therefore, the sustainability of the materials used in diapers or their impact on the planet has not been evaluated. We at GreenMe, however, recommend always considering the environment in our daily choices and, whenever possible, Of opt for washable diapers or in any case for ecological variants, which significantly reduce waste and pollution.
