These photos of dogs, portraits while trying to grab croquettes and snacks on the fly, make her crack laugh

Christian Vieler, German photographer And a great lover of dogs, he never missed an opportunity to immortalize his four -legged friends in all possible poses and situations. Since 2013, however, he has specialized in a truly unique photographic genre: capture the precise moment in which dogs are about to take snacks and morsels on the fly.

It all started with the first photos of his Labrador Retriever, who jumped impatient waiting for his prize. The images were so nice that Vieler decided to develop the idea, giving life to a photographic series entitled “Dogs Catching Treats”.

What makes these photos so fascinating is the variety of expressions that it manages to capture: some dogs seem happy, others confused, others even sad, especially when they fail in an attempt to take Boccon on the fly.

Affinable this technique was not simple at all, since it is extremely difficult to take the photo at the right time. Yet after years of practice, Vieler has become a true master of this art. And the success of the project was so great that he decided to collect his images in a book, entitled “Treat!”.
