There is a new call that concerns once again a mozzarella. After the cases reported in July and August, the Ministry of Health published a notice concerning the pizza mozzarella produced by the Soligo Milky. The measure, which appeared in the section dedicated to the food safety of the ministerial portal, refers to a possible chemical risk.
What is it about? The notice reads that the call was caused by the detection of pollutants in the milk used for the production of mozzarella. As a result, the products can no longer be considered safe for consumption.
It is therefore not in this case a microbiological risk, as happened in other recent cases, but of a possible chemical contamination.
The mozzarella recalled
The notices released by the Ministry refer to the Lotto 25080600 with a deadline set at 31 August 2025. In particular, the products to be careful are:
All the recalling mozzarella come from the Soligo plant, a Venetian company based in the province of Treviso.
Indications for consumers
Anyone who has purchased the products belonging to the indicated lot is invited not to consume them and return them to the store, where he may have a refund or a replacement.
