We mince the peanuts and the coriander. We divide the tofu into morsels of about a thick finger, maximum 2 centimeters long. We heat a plenty of oil in the wok and fry the tofu for about 10-15 minutes, or until it is golden brown. We blend with 1-2 tablespoons of soy sauce and, when it is beautiful complexion, season with salt and transfer to a plate. We pour a round of sesame oil into the wok and jump the carrots in Julienne for about 3 minutes. Add the drained fettuccine and jump over high heat for another 2 minutes. We add the sauce, mix well after which we incorporate ⅔ chopped peanuts, the onions to julienne years and the germ of it. We continue to cook by mixing frequently until the shoots are intended. We divide into the plates and complete with a sprinkling of peanuts and chopped coriander.
