After the success of the Caramel Twist, another limited edition has arrived designed for those who love super sweet flavours: the Ringo Cheesecake Boom, inspired by the famous American berry cake. We tasted them for you.
But let’s start from the packaging which immediately recalls the world of sweets with pink and purple tones and inviting images of berry cheesecake. Inside we find 6 single portions of 3 biscuits each, convenient for a quick snack or a snack to carry in your bag.
Each biscuit is made up of three layers: a malt biscuit, a berry flavored biscuit (a beautiful bright pink colour) and a sweet cheese cream. The visual effect is certainly captivating: colourful, compact and with the classic Ringo format, but more “instagrammable” thanks to the pink touch which makes them decidedly more original.

What they know about
Upon opening the package, you are greeted by an intense and fruity aroma, with notes of raspberry and blueberry. The biscuit is crunchy and crumbly, like classic Ringos, while the internal cream is dense and rather sweet. When tasted, the malt biscuit has a neutral taste, while the pink berry biscuit is much more intense: the flavor is definitely recognisable, but also a little artificial.
The cream cheese, on the other hand, is very delicate, sweet, soft, but with a barely noticeable “cheesecake” flavour. Those expecting a real tart or creamy note typical of cheesecake might be a little disappointed. In the end, the overall taste is more reminiscent of a berry cookie than a real cheesecake.
