This is Dr. William Li, who spoke on the podcast Feel Better Live More of the foods that we bring to our table every day and which can help burn the “harmful body fat”.
A can of inexpensive white beans was studied. Eating a can of beans five days out of seven has been shown to reduce your waistline by burning harmful body fat.
