The Ministry of Health has reported the precautionary call by the operator GB Ambrosoli Spa of three flags of flavored honey of the myelness line, due to the possible presence of traces of an not declared allergen on the label. The report was published on the official food alert portal.

The call concerns two variants of flavored honey, both sold in 180 grams jars and produced in the Uggio plant with Ronago, in the province of Como.

All three products are marketed with the GB Ambrosoli Spa brand. The reason for the call is the presence of non -declared milk traces on the label.

It is important to underline that the call concerns only people allergic to milk proteins, as it could trigger even serious adverse reactions. For all other consumers, honey does not have any risk.

The company has arranged the recall as a precaution, inviting milk allergic consumers not to consume the product with the lots and deadlines indicated. Those who have already purchased it can return it to the store to obtain a refund or a replacement.
