Plastic bottle for twine
If you have some old plastic bottles left at home, here’s a trick to reuse them: cut the top as in the example, insert the string and let it go down through the mouth of the bottle. Hang the bottle on the wall or on a bulletin board with a pin.
Storage tray with lids
Do you have any old lids? Attach them to an old cutting board or wooden stand and use them to hang tea towels or insert various objects.
Grater as a ladle holder
The old grater, once repainted, becomes an ingenious wall-mounted ladle holder: just stick it upside down on the wall, using the internal cavity to place the ladles, and the handle to insert the tea towels.
Basket for toilet paper rolls
We usually hide them in the cabinets, putting only the roll we are using in plain sight. However, if you have a nice basket, you could use it as a toilet paper holder. Insert the rolls into the basket, make a cut in the center of the handle, obtain a perforated wooden cylinder, insert the roll and insert the cylinder into the handle.
Containers with glass jars
Glass jars are suitable for containing small objects and if you have a room at home dedicated to DIY, you could use them to keep nails, screws and so on. Simply screw the cap onto a wooden shelf and turn the jar to attach it to the cap. Vice versa you will have to do when you want to detach it.
Fruit boxes to organize detergents
Three fruit boxes hung on the wall next to each other are enough to create a practical organizer, perfect for the laundry room.
