The 76th edition of the Sanremo Festival will be staged at the Ariston Theater from Tuesday 24 to Saturday 28 February, with the artistic direction and conduction entrusted to Carlo Conti, in his fifth experience at the helm of the event. At his side, for all five evenings, there will be Laura Pausini in the role of co-host. In the competition, 30 artists from the Big category will perform with unreleased songs, together with four New Proposals selected through Sanremo Giovani and Area Sanremo.
The evenings will begin around 8.40pm. All Big 30 will debut on Tuesday; on Wednesday the first 15 will take the stage together with Nuove Proposte; Thursday will be the turn of the other 15 and the final of the New Proposals. On Friday there will be the traditional evening of covers and duets, while on Saturday the final will be held to decide the winner.
Among the co-hosts scheduled for the week are Can Yaman, Achille Lauro, Pilar Fogliati, Lillo, Irina Shayk, Ubaldo Pantani and Giorgia Cardinaletti. The guest list includes leading names such as Tiziano Ferro, Eros Ramazzotti, Alicia Keys, Bianca Balti and Andrea Bocelli, as well as Max Pezzali, present every evening from the ship off the coast of Sanremo, and several artists protagonists of the events in Piazza Colombo.
The story of the Festival began in the previous days with the PrimaFestival, while after each episode the DopoFestival will return, with comments, interviews and behind the scenes. “Sotto Sanremo” will also be available in streaming, a format dedicated to behind the scenes and the social story of the event.

The 2026 Sanremo Festival will be broadcast live on Rai 1 starting at approximately 8.40pm for all five evenings. The event will also be available in streaming on RaiPlay, where you can follow the episodes in real time and watch them later on demand, together with clips, interviews and exclusive content from backstage.
