Daytime magic and nighttime show
The event is divided into two main phases. During the day, access to the Orangery Gardens will be free, subject to online registration. Visitors will be able to explore the immersive route, participate in themed games and activities and discover small secrets linked to the saga. As the sun goes down, however, Versailles will light up with an extraordinary night show: choreographed drones, the famous Grandes Eaux Nocturnes reinterpreted with water and Harry Potter themed lights, and a fireworks finale will accompany the soundtrack by John Williams.
An enchanting choice of location
The choice of Versailles is not random. The palace of the Sun King and Hogwarts share the same aesthetic grammar: majestic staircases, endless corridors, extensive gardens. Both create awe and wonder, transforming the space into a memorable experience. The event not only celebrates the saga, but tells the story of pop culture’s ability to dialogue with the world’s most iconic historical symbols.
How to participate
As mentioned, daytime access is free with registration starting tomorrow 12 March on the official website. The evening show, however, requires a ticket and is already sold out. Visitors can arrive comfortably by RER C train, avoiding traffic and long waits. For one day, Versailles will not only be the kingdom of the Sun King, but also the home of Hogwarts wizards and magic, ready to enchant adults and children.
