Infasil Neutro Delicato took first place, but the most interesting data in the ranking was the result obtained by Fior di Magnolia by Eurospin, which placed second with the same score as the winner. The discount detergent not only obtains the title of Best of the Test with equal merit, but also wins the title of Best Buy, thanks to a significantly lower price than its competitors: a recognition that demonstrates how quality and convenience can go hand in hand.

According to Altroconsumo, it is the best intimate cleanser in the test thanks to the overall balance between the quality of the formulation, experience of use and laboratory evaluations.
Magnolia flower (Eurospin) with mallow extract – Best in Test and Best Buy
It is the real surprise of the ranking. The Eurospin brand detergent gets the same score as the first place but costs about half as much and offers a 500 ml package. For this reason Altroconsumo also awards it the Best Buy award, reserved for products with the best quality/price ratio.

How the Altroconsumo test was conducted
Altroconsumo analyzed the main liquid intimate cleansers on the market through a method that combines practical tests with consumers, laboratory analyzes and evaluations of ingredients, packaging and labelling.
The products were purchased in February 2026 and subsequently subjected to analysis. The practical test with consumers, which accounts for 60% of the final score, was carried out using anonymous packaging, so as to avoid any influence of the brand in the evaluation. Participants expressed opinions on effectiveness, pleasantness of use and sensation on the skin.
20% of the evaluation concerns the environmental impact of the formulation and packaging, while 10% considers aspects related to health, with particular attention to the presence of ingredients considered critical according to a precautionary approach.
The pH, weight of the package and degree of filling were also verified in the laboratory, while the remaining 5% was attributed to the completeness of the information on the label.
How the title of Best Buy is awarded
The Best Buy award was awarded by evaluating the relationship between the score obtained and the average cost per liter of the product.
It is precisely this element that makes the result of Fior di Magnolia by Eurospin particularly interesting: compared to the same score as the product that came in first place, it offers a larger format and a decidedly lower price.
How often to use intimate cleanser
Beyond the ranking, Altroconsumo reminds you that correct intimate hygiene does not require frequent washing or aggressive products.
In most cases it is sufficient to clean the external part once a day, at most twice, using a small amount of product and rinsing thoroughly.
