The Ministry of Health has published a recall notice for free-range eggs “Speciali Pasta Gialla” under the Avicola Alberti Tamara brand. The provision, dated 26 September, speaks of chemical risk. Of what type, however, it is not known.
The recalled product
The eggs are produced and packaged by the Alberti Tamara agricultural company of Mariani Wilson in the factory in via Giarola 2 in Ventasso, in the province of Reggio Emilia, within the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park (whose logo also appears on the label). The identification mark of the establishment is CI IT 035 027.

These are cardboard boxes of six eggs, for a total weight of 350 grams. The lot coincides with the expiry date, set at 28 days from deposition, and there are three dates to look for on the carton: 7, 8 and 9 October 2026.
Because he was recalled
The notice indicates a non-compliant product and classifies the risk as chemical; there are no other details on any substances involved, nor on the values found during the checks. Yes, of the second recall in a few days regarding eggs, the previous one (involving a different brand) concerned the possible presence of Salmonella.
What to do if you bought them
Anyone who has a package at home with one of the three expiration dates indicated must not consume its contents. The eggs must be returned to the point of sale, which will normally provide a refund or replacement.
