A wide-brimmed hat with a modern design and high-tech features. It was presented to the CES 2025, Consumer Electronics Show, historic event dedicated to electronics held in Las Vegas. The hat is perfect for hiking and outdoor activities, protecting from UV sun rays with a protection factor, according to laboratory tests, of UPF 50+. At the same time, it can charge up to two smart devices simultaneously while on the move.
The tesa is entirely equipped with PERC solar cells, an advanced version of the standard monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic cell. While charging, the panels are able to convert 24% of the solar energy absorbed into electricity, reducing the energy converted into heat to 66%. Thanks to the arrangement of the cells, it is able to capture solar energy from every direction, maintaining the optimal angle at all times, thus avoiding having to reposition it manually.
The manufacturing company, EcoFlow, guarantees a complete recharge of the mobile phone in 3 hours, values based on the average battery capacity of a smartphone, equal to 4,000 mAh. The double USB input allows you to simultaneously charge, in addition to your smartphone, earphones, power banks or small fans. It is also resistant thanks to the arrangement of the panels on separate segments, which allows it to be folded up and placed in a pocket.
