At CES 2025 in Las Vegas, an event that every year anticipates the most innovative technological trends, Roborocka leading company in the smart vacuum cleaner sector, has unveiled its flagship product: the Saros Z70. This extraordinary robot vacuum cleaner integrates a cutting-edge mechanical arm that revolutionizes the way you clean your home. Not only does it vacuum up dust and debris, it can also pick up light objects like socks, tissues and your pets’ toys.
A mechanical arm for cleaning never seen before
The most innovative feature of the Saros Z70 is its “OmniGrip” mechanical armdesigned with five-axis technology and integrated into an ultra-compact body just 7.98 cm high. Equipped with precision sensorsone camera and one LED lightthe arm is capable of identifying, analyzing and manipulating objects weighing up to 300 grams.
The operation is ingenious: during the first cleaning, the robot maps the objects present in the environment and identifies those it can move. Subsequently, he returns to collect them, place them in a predefined place and thoroughly clean the previously occupied surfaces. Through the app Roborockusers can customize the type of objects to move and set their final placement. To ensure safety, the device has a parental lock and an emergency button to deactivate the arm at any time.
Uncompromising cleaning performance
In addition to its innovative robotic arm, the Saros Z70 offers top-level cleaning performance. Thanks to one powerful suctionit is able to remove dirt and dust from any type of surface, including the most difficult to reach corners. The two anti-tangle brushes and the rotary mops ensure a complete cleaning cycle. Furthermore, an automatic mop lifting system allows you to avoid carpeted areas.
Added to all this is advanced navigation technology, capable of detection up to 108 types of obstacles and to create a detailed mapping of the surrounding environment. This advanced artificial intelligence ensures smooth and efficient movement even in complex and crowded spaces.
According to initial rumors, the Saros Z70 will be available during 2025although the official price has not yet been communicated. Roborock also announced the launch of two alternative models, without the articulated arm but equipped with the same advanced features as the Z70, which will be marketed starting from February at the price of 1550 euros.
