To appear even more credible, the false email asks the user to provide personal and banking data:

To allow us to correctly process the refund, we ask you to provide the necessary data. This will allow us to transfer the sum directly to your bank account safely and quickly.

At the end of the message, a False blue button WITH WRITTEN “Request now“, Which refers to a counterfeit site, created to subtract personal information.
