With leftover wool threads you can create beautiful decorations and suggestive Christmas decorations. It doesn’t take much to bring such wonder to life: take inspiration from the DIY ideas we have selected and set your creativity in motion.
Christmas trees
Make tassels with green wool threads following the instructions in the following video and then join them to form the tree. Add a twig as a trunk and a nice bow on the top. Frame it and hang the decoration on the wall or place it on a piece of furniture.
Decorations for the tree
Collect some plastic or wooden rings, line them with red yarn and add pine sprigs, pine cones and other decorative elements to the top. Hang the decoration on the tree with a piece of string.
Sapling
Again a little tree but this time made with a piece of recycled cardboard: all you have to do is cut the shape of the small tree, glue a piece of thread to the tip to be able to hang it and cover it with wool thread. At this point attach some pom poms with hot glue and a snowflake on the top.
Stars
Stars are a great classic of the Christmas period and you can make them with a multitude of recycled materials, including thin cardboard.
Christmas baubles
You have never seen such colorful Christmas baubles! Do you want to try doing them? Get a sheet of cardboard, cut out a circle and cover it with wool threads of various colors. For the top of the ball you can use gold cardstock.
