The call made itself necessary as there is no compulsory information on the labels of the products, including specific warnings, conditions of use, limitations of use and claim on safety and effectiveness.
The supplements involved in the call
The call affects a wide range of supplements, sold in different formats, including tablets, dust, drops and herbal teas. Among the products withdrawn are very common supplements such as Ginkgo Biloba and Magnesium.
The complete list also includes products for intestinal well -being, weight management and support for the immune system, with a variety of formulations designed to meet different health needs.
