New recall of Knorr products: the company is now recalling some packs of porcini cream (after some of Milanese risotto), pay attention to the batches

A batch of Knorr mushroom cream may have been contaminated with plastic and metal residues, as happened days ago with five batches of Milanese risotto. But it is the same company that announces the problem, this time too, and recalls the products for safety reasons.

Unilever Italia Mkt. Operations Srl on 11/11/2025 decided to recall from the market 5 lots of Risotto Milanese KNORR 175g, identified with EAN code 8710522984055

it was read on the Knorr website

Following further checks at the production site and along the distribution chain, it was decided to recall, on 27/11/2025, the 1 batch of Crema Porcini KNORR 76g, identified with EAN code 8720182890627

it reads now after an update

The products identified as at risk are therefore now:

The products indicated above were considered unfit for consumption due to an anomaly that occurred in the manufacturing process, which may have caused contamination of some packages placed on the market with plastic and metal substances. The event took place at a factory producing mixtures, which were subsequently assembled and packaged into the finished product at the production site in Sanguinetto (VR), in Via Roma 23

The company has started the recall procedure in accordance with current protocols and to protect consumer health, blocking most of the defective packages from logistics partners and customers involved.

Knorr also informs that in the sales points where the products have been distributed, information signs are displayed containing the image of the reference product and all the details useful for the correct identification of the same and the problem that occurred.

Consumers are invited to return risky products to the point of sale where they were purchased.
