The Milan steam factory turns into a temple of Spanish art with the arrival of three absolute protagonists of the twentieth century. From 25 October 2025 to 25 January 2026, the exhibition “The Three Grand of Spain” will be available to the Milanese public, a great opportunity to admire the masterpieces of Pablo Picasso, Joan Miró and Salvador Dalí.
The exhibition presents exceptional works, on loan from prestigious museums such as the Reina Sofia of Madrid and the Museu Picasso of Barcelona, as well as numerous works from private collections, many of which to the absolute debut in our country.
The exhibition path aims to create a fascinating dialogue between the different artistic visions of the three. Picasso can be explored the revolutionary genius through a special study on Guernica, accompanied by the historical photographs of Dora Maar who document the birth of the masterpiece. Dalí’s dream universe will see theatrical scenography never seen, created for the Bacchanal show of 1939, while as regards the poetic language of Miró, we will have paintings, sculptures and projects of public art, testifying to the great versatility of the Catalan master.
The exhibition traces an itinerary that connects Catalonia to Paris, two fundamental poles of the European avant -garde. Visitors will be able to discover how these three artists have redefined the boundaries of modern art, each with their own unmistakable voice. An unmissable opportunity to immerse themselves in the inheritance of three figures who deeply marked the visual culture of the last century.
