After the setback of a few weeks ago, when the click day to access the Psychologist Bonus 2025 was postponed to a date to be destined for lack of the implementation decree, now there is certain information: from 15 September until November 14, 2025 it will be possible to send applications for access to the contribution to bear the costs relating to psychotherapy sessions.
In fact, the Interministerial Decree (Health-Mef) was published in the Official Gazette on the distribution of resources relating to the “Psychologist Bonus” for the year 2025.
The benefit is intended for citizens with a valid ISEE income not exceeding 50 thousand euros and recognizes up to 50 euros per session for a maximum of 1,500 euros per beneficiary.
Who can request the Psychologist Bonus 2025
The decree of restoring resources 2024 and 2025 says verbatim that they can benefit from the bonus “people in conditions of depression, anxiety, stress and psychological fragility, due to the pandemic emergency and the consequent socio-economic crisis”.

The contribution can be requested only once and can be used at private specialists regularly registered in the list of psychotherapists – register of psychologists – who have communicated adherence to the initiative to the National Council of the Order of Psychologists (CNOP).
How to submit an application
The application to access the contribution can be submitted annually exclusively electronically by accessing the INPS web portal (via SPID, CIE or CNS)
