The Card Dedicated to You 2025 is active: how to find out if you are on the list of beneficiaries of the 500 euro spending bonus

After months of waiting, the Card Dedicated to You 2025 is finally operational. Since yesterday, 30 October 2025, municipalities throughout Italy have published on their websites the list of beneficiaries of the measure, confirmed by INPS. This is a financial aid of 500 euros, intended for the purchase of basic food items.

For those who had already received the card last year, the top-up will be automatic, without having to request or go to the post office. The new beneficiaries, however, will receive an official communication from the Municipality and will be able to collect the prepaid card at the post offices. The timing varies from city to city, but in many areas the first activations have already started.

Who can receive it and how to check

To obtain the card you must have an ISEE of less than 15,000 euros. Those who already receive other support measures such as Naspi, inclusion allowance, redundancy fund or similar are excluded. Priority goes to families with at least three members, one of whom is under 14 years old.

Each Municipality, with the support of INPS, has prepared the official lists. The easiest way to find out if you are entitled to the card is to consult your municipality’s website or wait for a personal notice via letter, email or text message.

How and where to use the 500 euros

The Card Dedicated to you can be used in all shops that sell food and food products. Some supermarket chains also offer a 15% discount for those who pay with this card. It is important to remember that the first expenditure must be made by 16 December 2025, under penalty of forfeiture of the benefit, and that the entire credit must be spent by 28 February 2026.
